The Romanian Fashion Council Association is an active member of the European Fashion Council (EFC) Association, together with 10 other founders and 17 organisations from different countries, now members of the organization.
The European Fashion Council Association was founded on 18 May 2007, with its headquarter in Ancient Plovdiv, Bulgaria/EU, under the high patronage of the European Union, represented by His Excellency Michael HUMPHREYS (Ireland) as EU Ambassador and Head of the European Commission in Bulgaria.
Recognition
During the Spring Fashion Festival event that took place in April 2018, in Bucharest, the European Fashion Council - as a representative of 27 countries - received the FTV Fashion Awards 2018 distinction for 10 years of continued active support of the fashion industrty under the slogan “Union of arts and ideas”.
Moral code of conduct for the local fashion industry
Romanian Fashion and Textiles Council, in partnership with the Romanian Forensics Association, has developed a moral code of conduct to act as standard for the players of the local fashion industry. You may access it here.
